Performance Training
What is Performance Training?
Performance training plays a crucial role in the development of athletes across all sports. Performance training is specifically designed to improve an athlete's ability to perform at their highest level in their sport. It focuses on building the physical, mental, and technical qualities required to enhance an athlete's overall performance, reduce the risk of injury, and help them reach their full potential.
Teams in our Challenge and Classic Programs will have performance training weekly or biweekly included in their training sessions. It will not add on another day or cost any extra. Our academy knows how important taking care of your body is and we believe in providing healthy habits and standards for all of our athletes.
